Never a percentage of your commission. Partners unlimited on every plan.
Partners · customer referrals · tracked to revenue

Pay for the sale, not the click.

Referral and affiliate tracking that follows the money. One tool, a flat price, no cut.

Advoro gives every partner and every client a link, ties each opt-in to whoever sent it, and credits the Stripe sale or the booked job when it finally lands, weeks later and from a different device. Then it works out exactly what they are owed, on your terms, and asks them to invoice you.

14 days free, no card. From £29 a month.

// why this exists

Clicks are not money.

Cheap referral tools count clicks and sign-ups and call it tracking. But a real referral goes to a webinar, then an opt-in, then a nurture sequence, then a sale five weeks later. The click was the least important moment in it.

Advoro was built for the launches I run and the partners who sell into them. Every tool I priced either took a percentage of the commission, charged per affiliate, or stopped tracking the moment the cookie died. So it tracks leads, not just clicks, matches the sale by email, and pays out on renewals as well as the first sale. And the price does not move when your programme does.

// the problem

The funnel is longer than a click.

Somebody shares a link on a Tuesday. The person who clicks it buys in June. Every question that matters lives in the gap: who gets the credit, on what amount, for how long, and what happens when the customer asks for a refund.

Email is the attribution key

A cookie does not survive a six-week buying cycle. An email does. Once a lead is tied to a partner at opt-in, a sale weeks later is matched by email and credited to the right person, cookie or no cookie.

Recurring by default

A referred customer is a stream of payments, not one sale. Every renewal appends commission for the window you set, six months, twelve or for life, and each one clears on its own clock.

Commission on what was actually yours

Choose what the percentage applies to: gross, net of VAT, net of the exact Stripe fee, or both. A refund claws back that period's entry and nothing else.

The partner portal

On your name, not ours

Every partner gets their link, their leads, what they have earned and what has cleared, in a portal in your colours. On Scale the links live on your own domain and Advoro is not mentioned anywhere.

Tracking

It tells you when it is broken

Tracking that quietly stops is worse than tracking never installed. Advoro opens your own page, looks for its script and your sign-up form, and shows a tick or a cross for each.

Payouts

Never touches the money

When commission clears, the partner is asked for an invoice and you pay it the way you pay any supplier. No holding your funds, no KYC, no platform in the middle of your bank.

Customer referrals

Your clients refer too, and they are not affiliates

A client who sends you work gets credit, a discount or something you hand over, not a commission invoice. Where there is no online sale, mark the job won and the reward is issued.

Also in every workspace

  • Unlimited partners on every plan, never a per partner fee
  • Several links per programme: the webinar, the sales page, the guide, all crediting the same partner
  • First click or last click, set per programme
  • Fraud controls and clawback on every plan, not an upsell
  • A public apply page and an approval queue
  • Leaderboard, statements and CSV export
  • Webhooks, Zapier and Make from Growth
  • GDPR done properly: a DPA, a named list of sub-processors and an erasure path for partners and leads

// where you fit

Three ways people use it.

You are launching something

A course, a cohort, a programme. Other people will sell it to their audience for a cut, and they will want to see their numbers without asking you.

  • A link and a portal for each partner in minutes
  • Commission on the sale, and on every renewal after it
  • They see clicks, leads and sales, so they stop emailing you for them

Your clients send you work

Word of mouth already brings in most of what you do. It is just untracked, unthanked and impossible to encourage.

  • A referral link for every client, no affiliate paperwork
  • Reward is credit, a discount or a thank-you, never an invoice
  • Mark the job won and the reward goes out on its own

You run a suite or an agency

Several brands, each with its own partners, each expecting to feel like the only one.

  • A white-label portal and links on each brand's own domain
  • Team roles, so finance sees payouts and nobody else does
  • An audit log of every change to every number

// what it costs

Priced on programmes, never on what you earn.

A flat monthly price that does not move when your programme does. Partners unlimited, no revenue cap, no success fee. 14 days free, cancel any time. Prices exclude VAT.

// how you get set up

You will not be left to figure it out.

Four steps, and the product checks its own work at the one that usually goes wrong.

  1. 1

    Create your workspace

    Your own login, free for 14 days with no card asked for. Nothing to install and you can look around properly before deciding anything.

  2. 2

    Set up a programme and its links

    Name it, set the commission and where the links should land. Add the webinar and the sales page as separate destinations if you like. This part genuinely is a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Put one line on your site

    It goes on every page like an analytics tag, remembers which partner a visitor came through, and tells us their email when they sign up. Advoro then checks your site and shows you it is working rather than leaving you to hope.

  4. 4

    Connect Stripe and invite partners

    Stripe is read-only: Advoro listens for sales, it never moves money. Invite a partner and they get a link that works, a portal to see it in and a way to sign in, in one email.

// who built this

Built by someone who pays partners.

TM

Toni Martin

Founder, Ascendz Digital

Nearly ten years inside the systems of businesses from early startups to six-figure launches, and a first class law degree that makes me read the terms of every tool I use. Referral tools were the ones I liked least: a percentage of the commission here, a per-affiliate fee there, and click tracking dressed up as attribution.

Advoro is the partner engine for The Suite, built because the launches I run needed one that tracked to the sale and did not take a cut. It is the same product you would be using, at the same price, doing the same job for me.

// questions

Worth knowing upfront.

What is Advoro, in one sentence?

Referral and affiliate tracking for service businesses that follows a referral through to the paid sale or the booked job, not just the click, and never charges you more as your programme earns more.

Do you take a percentage of commission?

No, and never will. Plans are priced on programmes and features. Partners are unlimited on every plan, and there is no revenue cap, no success fee and no volume meter anywhere in the product.

How is a sale matched to a partner weeks later?

By email. When somebody opts in through a partner's link, their email is tied to that partner. When a Stripe sale arrives for that email, even a month on and from a different device, it is credited. The cookie and any coupon code are first-touch signals that seed the lead. The email is the thing that lasts.

Does Advoro pay my partners?

No. When commission clears, the partner is emailed a statement and asked to invoice you, and you pay it however you already pay suppliers. Advoro never holds your money and never asks a partner for their bank details. That is deliberate: it keeps your accounts simple and keeps us out of your cash.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. On Scale, partner links live on a subdomain of your own site, go.yourname.co.uk, so the address a partner posts carries your name rather than ours, and the portal carries no mention of us. On every plan the portal is in your colours with your logo from the first day.

What happens on a refund or chargeback?

That period's commission is clawed back, automatically, with a reason on the record. Nothing else is touched: if the customer had already paid three months, the partner keeps three months.

Is it GDPR compliant?

It is built to be. There is a data processing agreement, a named list of sub-processors and an erasure path for both partners and the leads they bring in. IP addresses and devices are stored as salted hashes, never in the clear, and cold leads can be set to expire on a schedule you choose.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Every plan starts with 14 days free and no card. If you stop paying, your workspace goes read-only rather than disappearing: every partner, lead and ledger entry stays readable and exportable.
